Sorry to hear you're having a rough run with your random blade selection. Sounds like you did great considering what you had to work with.
Fabulous shave Tim or should I say Harrison. Really rocking the shavette. Will you follow up with 100 straights?
Thanks, Jim! It's been a bit like Russian roulette. Still, I've run across some really great blades in the process, so it's worth it
To my nose the scent of La Toja is very light. I get a clean linen or soapy smell with a touch of mineral or salt top notes during lathering. I like it in the travel bag because the scent is so light it doesn't cause a problem with aftershaves or edt
Oh OK, that helps......I didn't see the brown ones right away when I went to the sight. Will try again.
Awesome haircut! My compliments to Lady Wristwatchb. The sad excuse for a disco ball does reveal your penchant for flames.
Congrats on the continued progress. Great shave photo and a bad blade, you are due for a change of luck on blades.
Ok, I did it! I ordered my first custom razor. ShaveSmith never returned my emails and I tried calling and I got a message that he is not available. So, I went to purchase a Max Sprecher custom razor. I really wanted a custom razor to celebrate my 65th birthday next month and I know that it will not get it until way past my birthday. I have 3 large blades in my collection, but I always wanted a full 8/8 or larger blade. So, now I have been called up to the major leagues from AAA in straight razor shaving. In other words, this would be @Keithmax approved! Here are the specifics: Width: 10/8 Length: 3 inches Grind: 1/2 Hollow Point: Barber's Notch Jimps: None Scales: Blue Paua ALVS Polished: Finished **You can go on his website to get an idea of the scales that I will be getting.**
