  17. Thanks, Clint! You don't know how true that is. Most of the ones that are left are blades that I know are pretty solid performers: some Astras, GSB, Personna Blue, 7 O'clock yellow etc. There are some wildcards left (Vi-John, Gillette Ruby, and Personna Reds), but not many :D

  18. The Merry Mixed Up Month of May!

    May 14

    Razor - 1946-'47 Gillette Aristocrat
    Blade - [IMG]
    Soap - Tabac
    Brush - I*V16 Hybrid w/Mesquite handle
    Post - Alum

Well, three days off and the first day back I feel like I've been beaten with a baseball bat. Guess living the easy life made me soft. If only 3 days did that I can't imagine taking a whole week! Got home and ate and relaxed with a very fine shave. The Aristocrat and Voskhod - detente setup - is almost too smooth and comfortable. Makes you never want to change your setup. Put the hybrid brush with it along with the quality and history of Tabac and it just can't be beat. Three passes to a more relaxed me along with the baby in the house. Can't beat that for a result.

Friday looms ahead! The weekend is nearly here!! Time to celebrate!!! Have a great one.
