  1. Very appropriate that you have a frosty looking photo, Joe. 45 minutes later and you still feel the menthol? Yowzers.

  2. Thank you for the nice words, Gentlemen. A very long day is finally over.
  3. Welcome to the 30DC, Josh. I got in one of those V3 OCs awhile ago as well. Great shaver.

  4. Very nice, Clint. Another beautiful outdoor shot. The Aquamarine sounds great, for sure.

  5. Wow, Jim. Once again you've made my stuff look better than I ever could!

  6. I am glad that you liked the frosty effect Jason! I have used Cryogen before but this was my very first above-the-shoulder shave with it. I am not a die-hard menthol head, but today's shave was super, chilly awesome!
  7. Welcome to the thread! Sounds like a nice combo to start off a focus with.

  9. Thanks, Jason!
I love this setup. I do baby the bowl. I always remove the puck to build my lather, allow it to dry and place it in a zip lock before returning it to the bowl.

  10. Awesome set up, Neal! The detente and meetup gear is a great way to prep for a Zoom meeting :D

  11. I've also found I get the best results with this brush when I start pretty dry--took me forever to figure that out though because I have done the wet method for so long that I didn't even consider shaking out the water initially.
  12. You have a great edge so it’s a big success. The electrical tape contributes to the prison shank vibe so it’s perfect for mayhem. Seriously, great job for your first attempt.
  13. Friday May 15th SOTN

Still liking this razor and blade choice. Excellent lather thanks to XPEC and the Yaqi Timberwolf Brush. I'm smooth and smell great for bed. Happy shaves all.

    P. S. - props to you guys on posting so much on here. It's tough for me to keep up!

  14. Saturday wrap up shave for the big full hollow razor week. Today's blade is a Koraat 14 2.0 double bellied full hollow. She is 7/8 and with the double belly she does not flex at all. I have three Koraat razors and all are fantastic, I think this one is becoming my favorite of the group.

Felt like using a cream today and my fluffy Simpson Tulip 3. All was well and the shave excellent only some feedback from the alum prevent me from calling this shave epic.

  16. And we are missing a few of out regulars so it would be much harder to keep up.
  17. Great shave and pic Keith! It was nice hearing your voice at the Zoom meeting.
  18. No need to baby it, Jim! It is finished with marine grade urethane, which the original LE brushes have shown to be a very durable and water resistant finish for the last 3+ years. Your removal of the soap does ensure it will never pick up additional scent notes from the wood or finish, though.
  19. Interesting comments on the handle. Mine came with a Halo. An excellent handle as well.
  20. cool shave and pics..
