Thank you Charlie! I appreciate your words very much. Was a very long week at work but we got it running again. Mom was released from hospital then went back after a few days for a medication adjustment. So far she's holding up well. Sorry for not replying sooner .

I'm back again after a week of good ol fashioned hard labor. The 10 hr days kicked my butt at first but once things got rolling I felt good. On Friday I got a call from the misses inforing me the truck wouldn't shift into gear but it turned out to be a problem with the cable. In MAYhem fashion I repaired it with a drinking straw, tin tape, and some wrapping tape from army surplus.
On the shave side I only got 2 in with the Rockwell and some VDH . Time to get back to the laboratory and get something finished that will be shave worthy . As with all my MAYhem razors, trial and error sometimes makes the best ones .
Plans are for the new roof to be installed this week and will hopefully see that happen. I have yet to change the motor in truck as well. Should be a fun week!
Since I dont have any exciting MAYhem shave pics I will just post the cable repair. Hope everyone is doing well!

    Very ingenious, Patrick.
I once made a roadside repair with one of my shoelaces. It got me home.

Thanks Jim! I'd love to hear that story sometime.
Thanks Gary! I have his book but don't keep it in the truck. Was sad to see him retire after so many good years of making Duct tape schtick .

Mmmm. Very nice Jim! Lemony orange.

    Good morning..
    Thanks, Patrick!

The exhaust hanger on the right tailpipe of my Camaro broke. It was the only hanger so the exhaust was dragging. The shoelace worked. I now keep some 500# paracord in the vehicles because you never know.

Been down that road before too Jim. Paracord has a million good uses and its easy to store in a vehicle also. My truck is like a rolling toolbox .

Monday again. Summer is finally here in the ATL. Walking Mocha this morning was a hot humid mess. I really enjoy the backbone and scrub of this big Shavemac while face lathering. Three passes and touch ups caught the baby with ease. The Enoch is one razor where riding the cap does not work. I have found that I when I ride the bar the razor shaves like a dream. A splash of Fine Italian Citrus and I am off to a client site. I hope everyone has a great Monday.
