What a terrific shave Blair. Beautiful scales on the DD. Quality craftsmanship which I know first hand as I have two.

  6. You are not alone Jeff! I also don't have PAA soaps. Quite frankly, I am quite content with Stirling as my primary brand.

  8. Lovely shave, Jim! Beautiful photo! I always thought the handle on the Carbon looked a bit odd, but I guess it’s quite practical!

  15. Great Schick Injector shave, Gary! I have the same razor! They’re much better shavers than that danged F Type as you observed! I'm telling myself that the problem was those cheap Chinese Schick blades. I'm going to try a Schick B-20 Proline Injector blade. Maybe that’ll make a difference.
  16. could have just been a bad blade,or you loaded it from empty and the edge rubbed on the stop.done that.i used the cheap chick this morning.damn fine shave to be honest..very smooth and efficient.

  20. @Linuxguile Andrew sent me some personna blades but haven't tried them yet.when i first loaded my E type it was empty and the blade rubbed.the blade i used today was far better.but i don't use the schick enough to be giving advise..:)
