Thank you Jim. It will be cool to see what they picked out. Thanks Joe. I only have 1 menthol soap but do add B&M Terrorade some days. I am not a menthol junkie though. Thank you Jason. I do like the Thater Boar but I like the Mondial better. Thank you Gary. I hope you have a great day as well. Thank you Tim.
I had WSP's Mahogony...great scent, but I got bored using it, figuring I'd never finish it. Well, that's no fair to my Jeeves Bay Rum soap.....I'll have that well into my 70's too, but I don't mind-I like it.
It's strange that Father's Day gift ideas are out so sooon. After Father's Day, they'll crank out the Christmas ideas!!!!
Very nice Clint! Great to see the nice weather getting spread around too. Been warm here lately. I'm still dropping hints for a new cutlery set of my own for Father's day.
My friend's brother had one of those pieces of crap. I called it the suped up Pinto. Beautiful shave and pic again Gary!!
Actually, you're right. Marmots are checkered in color. I love those little fellas-they're all over Colorado in the summertime(maybe spring, too).
Thanks again, Gary. I walked around our large parking lot(that covers 5 apt. bldgs.) twice. Without the gym open, that's the best I can do...although I have some equipment for stretching inside.
very good Paul..i need to do the same..been sitting around too long..thankfully very little weight gain..
May 24--In the Mix/Mix-It-Up May DE Sunday Gear Razor: Mysteries Flare Tip Blade: Gillette 7 o’clock Yellow (1)--the last of my blade samples and a great blade to finish with; the Yellow was sharp and smooth. Brush: Semogue Boar Soap: Stirling Iced Pineapple & Glastonbury (4 Frost Drops and prepared and chilled with ice water)--twice as much Glastonbury as Iced Pineapple. Wonderful and chilly! Menthol: Stirling Frost Drops AS: Avon Wild Country & Clubman Original (2 Frost Drops)--1 part WC to 2 parts CO. Not bad. Balm: Stirling Glacial Unscented The Shave Took my time with the lather today. Squeezed most of the water out of the boar, loaded, then added a bit of iced water. Then a bit more. Then a bit more. Got it to the point that it was dense, super shiny, and almost too heavy for peaks--just how I like it. The boar distributed the chilly lather perfectly--really liking the feel and performance of that brush! The first two passes (WTG & XTG) were long and smooth strokes. I switched up my approach for the third (ATG) pass, and went with lighter, shorter strokes. A bit of buffing on the chin got me a no-hassle, no irritation BBS. A couple Frost Drops in the AS for that chilly after-burn, and I’m ready to take on Sunday at-home church and extended family zoom meet-ups. Life is good--enjoy your Sunday!
I'm scared to see if I've gained any. By the way, I do those inside stretches before I go to the gym anyway. Short drive.
