The six blade job made by Dorco did a single WTG pass for a SAS. It is tugging a bit more so it is done for me. Again, not an unacceptable 'have to' product. Glad I don't have to. My report to my co-worker will include the redness on my neck for a visual aid.
I bought the Skinguard last summer out of curiosity and used it once. It is an expensive gadget that gives a more comfortable shave than their Mach3 by a longshot. I chose 2 WTG passes to get closer to the result of the 6 blade.
It was time for fresh steel in the Feather shavette. One and a half ATG passes brought the planets into alignment. Another great shave rescue.
I made peace with the Un-Glorious Stank of the world's best shave soap with 8 pumps of Piacenza EdT and a healthy shot of Frost Drops. No foul stench was detectable whatsoever. I will do this again, but 4 pumps only. The surfactant properties of the alcohol in the EdT did dampen the normal puff in the lather (even in the paddle bowl), but I still rank it as my most protective and slick soap.
Seeing that I would be cutting the grass later and around gasoline, I figured nobody would be bothered by a Clubman overdose. Man..........I do love the sting and tingle of this stuff.
