    Good evening guys!

Budget shave. This is a shave with my most inexpensive gear

    Shavette Shave #162
    Parker SRB Shavette $16.00
    Rockwell DE 1/2 Blade $0.00
    Barbury Synthetic Brush $8.00
    Razorock Classic SS $4.00
    Pinaud Clubman Classic AS $8.00
    Nivea ASB 8.00
    Total $44.00

    ☆☆without Nivea ASB $36.00☆☆

The Barbury synthetic brush is my least favorite brush because it has too much backbone. However, it does a serviceable job. The RR Classic has a nice almond/cherry scent and gave a great lather. I had a 32 growth to shave and the Parker did a great job. 2.5 passes gave me a bloodless and irritation-free shave. I haven't used the PC AS in awhile because most of my soaps have matching aftershaves. I like the barbershop scent of this aftershave. Finished with the Nivea to take care of my scene. This was a nice, comfortable smooth shave. Tomorrow will be a no shave day, but will bring out my Thiers-Issard 6/8 on Thursday. Have a great evening guys! 20200526_175139.jpg 20200526_175139.jpg PS this is an almost duplicate post. I tried downloading the pic on the original post, but it wouldn't let me. So I thought I deleted the post but did not. So when I came back on the thread Isaw people already commented on the op so I didn't want to delete it. This was after I did a different post with a picture of tonight's shave. If you replied to my original post, then just like without replying on this post. Thanks!

  2. Lovely green verdant theme in your photo, Clint. You do like those Chubbys. Do you have more than one?

  4. The Featherweight came out in 1953 just about the time when Gillette was declaring victory in the razor wars. They’re around, but don’t seem as prevalent as some of the earlier models. Just my opinion based on my readings.
  5. Thanks Jeff! I tried deleting this because I couldn't get a picture. I didn't know it that it took so I did a new post!
  6. Thank you Jeff. The Chubby 2 synthetics are my favorite brushes by far. I have six of them in total.
  7. Thanks Clint!
