Hope you are right, Chris. We still need to take the next step, and despite 2 QBs with lots of potential, there’s still some development needed there. That’s Mullen’s forte, so hopefully they’ll step up and respond.

Having said that, finding a crack in the Bama dynasty is tough. If you don’t have just the right SEC West team pull off an upset, it’s very hard to compete with a team that’s 3 deep at every position and can put healthy studs on the field at end of the season in a championship game.

At this point, I’m just hoping the season starts.

When the right knot isn’t paired with the right handle, it is a travesty! It took me a couple of years and a lot of surgeries to get my collection just right. Good luck, and transplant-on Blair!

Well....if I don't destroy it in the process, a Heritage Collections Klenzo handle. The green/black one seen last year that is a pretty close match to my Green Kirinite Drew Dick straight.

I ordered it with the High Mountain White 'gel' tip option. Never was a fan. It's losing the battle with the Dremel soon, but there's a little more to it with that handle. Hopefully in the next few days I'll have it ready for a spin.

Let's do a third shave with the New LC and Rapira Swede. I have to say this blade isn't bothering me at all. I've never really preferred this blade among the Rapiras, although I never had any particular problem with it. Just seemed a bit less comfy than some of their blades. No worries with it this time as it's made it through three shaves with smooth perfection. I do think the razor helps this one. A New LC is a true joy to use, even if it isn't as cool looking as this one. Looks don't hurt though. TABAC TUESDAY and the 30DC LE with Tuxedo knot provided a flawless lather to make three passes go by without any issues at all. Baby is on board and I'm a happy camper. Got a day off tomorrow and we plan to cook some brats and corn on the cob on the grill by a lake and let the day go by. Should be fun and relaxing. Hope you have a great one too!
