  1. Awesome shave and razor Keith!
  2. thank you Tim! It's been good. VERY fast paced right now due to corona. Definitely not the type of job for someone who cannot operate under fast paced, stressful conditions. But I enjoy it, time flies by faster when I am busy. I can't even tell you how long the grocery register lines are. I've definitely had to learn how to adapt at being a fast bagger. lol I'm glad the pay is good also.
  3. It sure if anyone has answered this yet, Joe, but yes these blades are tougher to find now. Discontinued. So are the Wizamets (and now Polsilver apparently), but these seem to be less available. You can find them, though.
Typical higher end St Pete’s Gillette.
  4. I am a fan of the Fine lather as well. L’Orange Noir is a favourite, and Platinum and American Blend aren’t far behind... I don’t have Santal Absolute, but it is probably a matter of time.
  5. Very nice, Jim. That Klenzo is beautiful. Heritage has done such a great job with their dupes.
  6. Happy birthday to your son, Joe. I hope he had a great day.
  7. Great to hear from you, Terry! We’re missing your unique collection of vintages, for sure.
Terry, Trigger, clint64 and 4 others like this.
  8. We have our fair share of boneheads, Tim, we just don’t tell them about TSD...:)
  9. I actually made it almost 10 months...ironically I lost my No Buy for a few products I ended up moving on from. The brush was for the bet, the bowl was from a Raffle Neal @NCoxSTL won. He gave me a tuck of blades for every month I made it in return. It has bought him 2 years worth of semi-sporadic, semi-smarmy smack talk.
  10. The Valet journey has been great to follow, Evan. I look forward to your replated one as well.
I don’t think I’ve been much more active than you lately on here, either.

  13. A fine start to the day, Joe. Proraso Green is a nice product, no question.
  14. Love that Old Type, Gary. Looks like it was a beautiful day in Vancouver there as well, sir.
  15. Congrats on the Supply, Jeff. A fine shaver. @Screwtape lent me one to try a few years ago. I liked 3 pass shaves with the 2 dot, or 2 pass shaves with the 3 dot, if that makes sense...
  16. That is one coooool razor.

I bought the big 16 oz jug for about $12, should it be prorated as if I bought the 6.5 oz bottle?
  17. ‘Stepping back in time’ with a Floating Head and that Rubberset is always a good idea, Joseph. Those Seaforth mugs are cool in their own right.
  18. A pineapple thrown on the campfire? You are brave, Tim. That Glacial balm is a quality product as well- I used to use it quite a bit, even when not shaving.
  19. That is the joke. We don't gamble. We play the skilled game.
  20. The St. James sounds great, Blair. I know that Kami looks fantastic.
