June 1, 2020 Rex Ambassador Gillette 7 O’clock Black Mr. EE #4 with 2 Band SHD Rocky Mtn Barber Co Sandalwood Shave Cream Fine Santal Absolut Aftershave Another very early morning shave with an early evening post. I am in for June. My goal for the month is to use up some more soaps and creams. Back with the Rex today paired with @MrEE #4. The two are just made to use together. Three passes and touch ups ended in a drama free BBS shave. I hope everyone had a great Monday.
Gorgeous gear and photo, Joseph--the Jabonman is a new one on me, but sounds like a magnificent lather-maker!
Cracking kit, as usual, Maestro! Although a GC is basic, there aren’t many razors that are better! Hope your day went well! Great pic!
Don't know about others, but I'm in full agreement with you--I treat the area like facets of a jewel Fantastic, Joe! Fantastic gear to go with that fantastically beautiful razor, and a fantastic shave and report--congrats again!
I should have been a bit clearer! I cut myself three days ago loading the razor manually! It’s practically healed now. Only a bit more like an exaggerated paper cut.
Super nice Joe! Great looking mirror polish on that blade. Proraso....mmm.... Awesome Clint! Love the textures and setup!
I thought St J was ranked right up there near or at the top for Bay Rums. I know Dominica is highly ranked.
Thanks Blair! It was a different shaving experience using a 10/8 blade, but it sure was grand! Yes, the pun was on purpose. Lol!
Awesome photo and report, Clint! Love it when you pair the Rex and the Mr. EE together--the dynamic duo of awesome
Spot on, Tim! The Feather Supers are fine for my AC razors, but there is no real benefit to modifying them and manually inserting them for a shaky old man! I will be sticking with the Prolines for ALL my injector razors. I do get many more shaves out of them, and if I take my time and skin stretch the shave is really just as close!
