Since my better half isn't too fond of the scent of the Mudder Focker, and she is asleep I grabbed it for a go. It leaves the skin very soft after and I like it .
Shave went well until a setdown error on the ol chin but it didnt bleed much and is now a barely visable memory to take my time with a new GSB .The rest of the shave was superb and I have to comment on the wonderful scent of the Jeeves Mountain Rain. Smells damn good ! Thats all I have gentlemen.
  3. Doing well Gary, Thanks. Hope you are well also. Tuesday is going to be strip the roof day. Woooo!

  7. Great shave Patrick! New blades in a shavette is my signal to forgo the fool's pass unless I am feeling adventurous.

  8. Thanks Gary! Yes a new roof has been a long time in the works .

Thanks Joe, and yes I was in an adventurous mood tonight. A bit overzealous or maybe scared she'd wake up and smell the soap . Haha

  10. Great shave and report, Patrick! My wife would probably have more of a problem with the title than with the scent ;) :happy102:

  11. Joe, you are correct, the largest I have is 9/8. Well done on the shave, it will take you just a couple shave to adjust and find the angle. N to S on the upper lip is the toughest, I start with a steep angle and just likely flick away the hair.... be careful with this technique.... super light and just above the skin. Congratulations again it is truly an epic blade.

I heard a rumor that 2 of them are on their way to 30DC members. :innocent

You guys have me beat on the masks. I need to up my game.

Yeah baby. If it wasn't for Corona I would fuel the jet and be out for dinner.

  12. Tuesday shave: Still working on the puck of Fine Soap and working down the TSD related brushes. Today is a Jason special with a TGN silver tip, it did a wonderful job as always. I set the loft a little high so it has excellent flow through plus is does look very cool. The steel is a 6/8 Dovo Bismarck that shaves as good as she looks.
