  1. I trust things will go well for your wife today, Charlie!
  2. First I've heard of that soap, Mark. Love that 'lemondrop' brush for sure.
  3. Thanks, Jason!

I doubt most people buy Everclear for the scent.
I only drank Everclear once way back in my teens at the cemetery I worked at. If I remember correctly the mix was a six pack of Squirt, a bottle of lime juice, a bottle of lemon juice and a bottle of Everclear. The fella that mixed it up called it Cowboy Koolaid.

Here are the scent notes from NO:

Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lavender, Cedarwood, Vetiver, Frost

  4. Thanks guys. Done deal. We have a few hours of saline IVs, and then we are released. Everything went smoothly.
  5. Awesome news, Charlie!

Primo is still keeping his word. Gonna get through this tin of Mediterráneo.
    Completely
    different lather with the Mondial.
    1) Picks up a LOT more soap.
    2) While the boar bristles do absorb water, the knot was not as wet.
    3) Much thicker lather to start. Butter cream, to quote @wchnu
    Too thick for Primo.:p
After sufficient hydration, optimal lather was achieved.
The 2011 R41 loaded with the thrice-used Wizamet made quick work of my stubble.
So-So Dickinson's Witch Hazel followed by one of Primo's favorite scents.
  7. How did you muck it up before?
  8. All downhill from here Joe :).(Course I don't REALLY mean that-they better stay up)
  9. Menthol Monday June 8

    Gillette Rocket

    monday shave
    1930 canadian new sc/thin handle
    7 oclock black
    ds cosmetics tuxedo
    taconic tequila lime
    pinaud lime sec

good morning gents.another rainy day here, but the citrus scents keep it rolling..fabulous tequila lime lather built with the green tuxedo brush, fine 2+ pass bbs was the result from the trusty early canadian new sc/7 0clock black combo.the most efficient new sc i have with it's original early cap design.later new sc razors including my nickel one came with the slightly milder new lc caps. the caps with heavy square cut tabs on the cap corners are the best ones.slightly narrower cap than the new lc .these caps don't fit the new lc base plate design.lots of subtle differences for those who have an interest..pinaud lime sec to to finish..awesome shave..have a fine day everyone..
  17. Fantastic news Charlie.
