Very light stubble from yesterday’s excellent shave. Just a 1 pass ATG move and it was over. Awesome efficiency with the Stirling HA. Blade feel is there but, it’s not a scary performer. Just mind your P’s & Q’s and you’ll be right as rain. Great evening and shaves to all...

Yes the cologne is stronger than the aftershave and lasts nearly the entire day. Many months ago at work I got a compliment on it at 2pm (I put it on at 6:30am) and was asked what it was. TOBS Sandalwood is such a classy scent and for what you get it smells good enough to wear to an important formal event like a wedding. So, for people that don't have big bucks for a super expensive fragrance, TOBS Sandalwood is on par with my best upscale suited scents that cost hundreds.

    Just the Basics June!

    June 9

    Razor - CJB Kamisori
    Blade - [IMG]
    Soap - D.R. Harris Marlborough
    Brush - I*V10 Hybrid
    Post - Alum

So, I heard there was a tropical something or other that was supposed to flood us out. Ummmm......still here. Pretty unimpressive. Although in Southwestern Kansas where I grew up and the wind is usually 30mph on a calm day they had big rolled hay bales blowing away. Literally blowing away. Rolling across roads and fields. Now THAT'S some wind.

One more night with the CJB and Feather Pro. For the rest of the "basics" how about a shave stick. D.R. Harris Marlborough for the face rub and the hybrid brush turned that soap into enough lather for everyone here and a few more as well. Smooth sailing with the pain stick and a near-BBS was the result after three very comfy and nice passes. Yep. I seriously could go full-time pain sticks at some point. I know, I know, I keep saying that but maybe some day. Have a wonderful Wednesday!!

I know right? That raw, natural wood bowl is tough to beat in cool factor.
