    • Soap: Stirling Iced Pineapple (preshave) & Glastonbury
    • Menthol: Stirling Frost Drops
    • AS: Aqua Velva Ice Blue (1 Frost Drop added)
    • Balm: Stirling Glacial Unscented

    The Shave
    Yardwork and dealing with a broken faucet in our kitchen sink kept me from shaving till late afternoon. Three passes--WTG, XTG, ATG. No real issues other than a small weeper on my chin that died before I got to the cold water rinse. Between BBS and DFS, no irritation, yard is tame, and kitchen has a faucet. Booyah!

    98 down, 2 to go!

    Just the Basics June!

    June 19

    Razor - Feather DX Pain Stick
    Blade - [​IMG]
    Soap - Arko
    Brush - Jayaruh #230
    Post - Alum

    Friday evening and it feels good to have another week over, well, for those of you who do. I still have a day or two to go but that's just me. It did feel good to do another shave with the Feather DX and Pro blade. I went basic with the Arko and went classic with the JR230. Small brush but man does it work well and it's definitely a looker! With Arko, of course, there's no question about the quality and quantity of the lather, and after three passes I'm near-BBS and happy to have my feet up. Have a wonderful evening and a super weekend!
