They were made by our member Kevin @HolyRollah but I have not seen him post in a while. I hope he returns. I think they are G20 but not sure. Wow, never seen a Henckels like that one. Are those the original scales?

Robert Williams I assume an older model that had gone through an owner or two, this one required quite a bit of work, specifically on the hones... the Sharpie doesn’t lie. I do really enjoy the spine work and the scales. Went with my next AdP Colonia option- Stirling Piacenza. Very enjoyable. Enjoy your shave. Tom
I’m continuing to rotate through my 5/8ths and 11/16ths. I picked this Mappin & Webb as it looked like it might be a candidate to cull. Nope, it gave it’s best shave ever today having recently been honed by Glen. Minimal touch up and smooth, smooth, smooth throughout all passes. Newly Acquired, Restored, and Honed razor. Maiden shave, and it was a silky smooth 2 pass shave, that left me BDBS. Zero issues, and just a great razor costing me $12. Manufactured in 1896. I would put it against a Newly Made razor costing $150. Razor- "Comfort 100", by Friedr.Baurmann & Sohne. Solingen Germany Brush- B400 By Tom. Boar Knot Soap- ARKO stick Aftershave- Arctic Blue
Maher & Grosh The Jockey Razor Toledo, OH One more round of Piacenza before I move on. Looking at the picture now, sure seems like I should have picked a horsehair brush for the shave. Enjoy your shave. Tom
More for your barber shaving soap and pinauld lilac vegetal as. The Hospital le grelot 71 6/8 gave me a very good shave.
My Cattaraugus Cutlery Yellow Boy is probably my favorite American. I will work more on my Torrey before I give up on it.
I could also have pointed out that my R. Bannier Blue Steel from Norfolk VA is the epitome of cheap and barely qualifies as utilitarian. I think I’d be ashamed to sell it to anyone.
Full hollow Revisor yesterday (64 grams), 1/4 hollow Rigarazor today (85 g). Both are 8/8 recent acquisitions. I’m cruising with the Rigarazor, but still on my learner’s permit with the Revisor. 8/8 full hollow is hard, even with the eased point (for me at least). So if you see me with the Revisor in the right lane, just pass me. I’ll be taking it slow for a while.
Catie’s Bubbles AdP interpretation- Parma Inspiration I think Colonia is a 1916 original formulation so a Century Cutlery razor sounded appropriate. Century Cutlery “ Radio” Steel I look at this one and think I should polish it up with the dremel, but the bluing is really in great condition and it goes the length of the spine. No reason to potentially screw that up so it will stay as it is. Enjoy your shave. Tom
The more I use this razor the more I like it. I wasn’t a fan initially as the “face feel” always seems off. But the results are a different story. Filarmonica 14 Muletta. The past 3 days have been with the Sub Cero, I’m at shave 124 and feel like the end is nigh. But before it gets too bad, I’ve been testing linen components to see if one was any better than the other at bringing the edge up. I figured this would be the ideal test edge since any improvement or degradation would be readily apparent. So far I've done extra linen laps with a vintage linen and a fire hose linen, but the edge was unchanged.
