Razor was set at 3 1/2. Deceptively mild at this setting, it feels mild but will bite you good if you aren't careful. Razor performs really well also at this setting with a BBS finish achieved.

I like the composizione and colore, but don't know what RFB means.

 

Raised Flat Bottom, it is a term used for that style of base plate concerning British made Gillette razors.

***EDIT - 2 pass + extensive clean up. Got a few irritated spots chasing BBS with a blade that is getting more dull now. Still a nice shave all in all. The Lucky Scruff glycerine based shaving soap smells good and lathers up easily enough. I didn't use any pre-shave oil this time around, and while I think this soap shaves fine without pre-shave oil, I think I could've stepped the shave up a slight notch if I had that bit of extra protection. For a cheap soap this performs respectably. My home-made Black Tea scented aftershave came out great. It contains witch hazel, alcohol and glycerine in addition to the melted PAA menthol crystals and black tea essential fragrance oil. My Jedi shaving skills are complete. Indeed I am powerful as the emperor has forseen.

 

Three days growth, and a freshly touched-up blade. Hot knife through butter smooth, 2 pass shave, that left me BBS. No sting from the aftershave. Great brand of razor.
