July 1 SOTD Good morning guys! Straight shave #184 Geo. Wostenholm 5/8 Full Hollow Square Point Rockwell Synthetic Brush Stirling Coconut and Lime SS and AS I am excited because I am going to meet Joe @JACarbone a fellow 30 DC member for the first time. We live within 5 miles of each other so I would bet the rent that we win the Living the Closest Trophy. Anyway, I wanted to make sure this shave would be fine. You don't want to meet a 30DC brother looking like you're a newbie to wet shaving. The Rocky Brush really makes it easy to lather and a wonderful lather it did make. I honed this razor last July and this was the 35th shave without refreshing the edge. I have to say this razor is still sharp because it took down my 40 hour stubble like it was nothing. 2.5 passes gave me a marvelous IBSS++. The scent on this soap and aftershave was awesome. Finished applying a generous amount of aftershave. I think that I will pass muster with this shave. Have a great day guys!
Thats a flashback to my youth. I wasn't even a teenager when that song dropped . Seen Bryan in concert once and lemme tell you it was worth the 2 hr drive . He was headlining the show and played for about 3 hrs. Steve Miller and Extreme were on the bill that day too. Awesome day!
