I found Kai Mild PINK (Plasma Ion New process by Kai) quite pleasant. I like them.

To me, very similar to Schick Proline AC blades.

Yes, that is true Jeff was referring to my comment, but he misinterpreted it. I just pointed out the he left out some of the other serious SR users. Jeff, it wasn't my intent to make you feel that there is an us vs them mentality. I still like to use my safeties and disposable straights. I am not an elitist with regards to razors. I just prefer straights over other razors. They all work with the proper technique.

Hi guys! I just got home a few minutes ago and I got my new puck of Cryogen. I just want you to see the comparison of my old puck with the new one and why I wasn't thrilled with the texture change. Hopefully, with my new hypothesis of not putting too much water in the puck that I can avoid this gelatinous mess.

Beautiful shaves over the last week, decided to use the Wilkinson sword shave soap with the Wilkinson sword brush, used this with the Gillette 7 o clock sharp edge and aristocrat combo I've been using for the past month or so, and had fantastic results. The next two shaves after this were with the col conk lime and maca root balm which replaced the prep in my daily rotation for the next week or so.

The Gillette 7 o clock sharp edge has now performed flawlessly for 15 shaves, and I'll carry on using it for as long as it performs as well as it currently is.

Shaves 11,12,13:
Razor: Gillette aristocrat barber pole
Blade: Gillette 7 o clock sharp edge (11,12,13)
Brush: Wilkinson sword classic shave
Soap: Wilkinson sword shave soap
Balmrep

Shaves 14,15:
Razor: Gillette aristocrat barber pole
Blade: Gillette 7 o clock sharp edge (14,15)
Brush: Wilkinson sword classic shave
Soap: col conk lime
Balm: the body shop maca root shave relief.
