The TSD Iced Lemongrass Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #413 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Henry Taylor straight gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Granddad's Blend AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Another day of rehearsal.

On the Teutonic razor today I changed the blade and the SOC is much much milder than Merkur: inadvertent!
The growth was minimal, but I tried it, slowly and increased the blade exposure and arrived at #4.
I couldn't feel anything and not because I'm old and dumb!

In the end the skin was a tiny bit a sensitized, but, at the redde rationem of the alcoholic aftershave, I felt the lash, but just for a moment: a very pleasant feeling.
Fearing to underestimate it, I balsamed myself twice and when I put the EdT on I felt... nothing.

It was a déjà rasée when I chose another rose soap. And I wonder why...

But I'm so bored with serious writing...
Please write bad things, silly things, etc., because I'm uncomfortable being serious!

Beautiful shaves over the last week, decided to use the Wilkinson sword shave soap with the Wilkinson sword brush, used this with the Gillette 7 o clock sharp edge and aristocrat combo I've been using for the past month or so, and had fantastic results. The next two shaves after this were with the col conk lime and maca root balm which replaced the prep in my daily rotation for the next week or so.

The Gillette 7 o clock sharp edge has now performed flawlessly for 15 shaves, and I'll carry on using it for as long as it performs as well as it currently is.
