  1. Thank you, Andrew....this 3x milled soap may be hard to crack, but it has always done me good.

  3. Thank you Jeff :). That Stoylin A.S. was much needed today(as I'm sure it will be throughout the summer).

  4. Thanks, Andrew. Haslinger is a very nice soap that generates a thick, slick lather. I like it a lot! Jim Roe (@Jayaruh) built the rack for me! It works well!

  5. The label of my Razorock Lime Burst is about ready to fall off. Might have to be creative here, and do my own. Hard to believe that would happen with so much soap still left.

Pulled out the Enoch and loaded a fresh Feather Pro blade. The big flat top did a wonderful job loading and lathering then SV Manna di Sicilia. I ended up with a wonderful 3 pass BBS shave despite a nice nick from setting the razor down on my cheek to hard. I hope everyone has a great Sunday.
  12. I went very basic. bay leaf , whole cloves, cinnamon sticks, cinnamon powder and all spice powder. I then mixed a mixture of rum extract and isopropyl alcohol and poured in some witch hazel to cut down on that strong alcohol scent. I let that sit for a week and then strained it.
  13. Lol thank you!

  16. Great shaven report, Clint. AC safety razors are very close shavers, but the blades tend to be quite sharp. I had a minor set-down error myself this morning on my left cheek. I was trying a straight shave using the same hand. Oh well, live and learn! Have a great day!

  20. Awesome shave, Jeff! You are now in the dangerous comfortable zone. It is dangerous because you can drop your guard and lose your focus that increases your risk of injuries. I have been there and done that on a few occasions. It's great that you are having a good straight shaving experience, but don't let it make you think you are invincible. I look at straight shaving as a continuous learning experience. I've only been straight shaving just under 2 years and I am still learning. The marvelous thing about your story is that you thought straight shaving was never going to be a part of your shaving regimen. It really is a cool testament to your ability to overcome obstacles. Have a wonderful Sunday, my friend.
