  1. Joe:
Do you shave your face using the same hand or using both? I tried shaving mine this morning using just one hand (Dominant and less tremor prone) and had a minor set-down error on my non-dominant side. Just curious.
  2. Thanks, Joe! Please see my question about handedness.

  3. Super Sunday shaves, gentlemen!
  4. I agree with your take on Haslinger. It is one of my favorites. I thought it was new to your den so I was just curious of what you thought. Glad you like it. :happy088:
  5. Nice one, Pierpaolo! Love all the colors in the picture. I haven't ever seen the Blue Floid EdT. I'm assuming it was discontinued also along with the AS splash.
  6. I use both hands when I straight shave. I use the same hand /same side of face when I go N/S and right hand/left face and left hand/right face when I go S/N. I don't use lateral strokes (blade is vertical) on my cheeks, but if I did, then it would be same hand/same face. I find it easier to shave using both hands. If you want to use one hand that's fine, but the technique is different. I would suggest going on YouTube and download one hand straight shaving to see how it's done.
  7. Great shave and photo, Clint! Such a nice looking brush.
  8. Thank you.

    Yes, Andrew.
It was similar, but a little different to the Blue AS.
I've found the Kaizen fragrance very challanging.

  9. Gorgeous photo and brush, Clint, and an awesome shave and report! Between Joseph's Florida Water and your mentholated witch hazel, I feel a severe need to grab some menthol crystals now :D

  10. Me too. Looking on Amazon now. :happy088:
  11. Thanks, Gary. The angle on the Feather is elusive and even harder to maintain (not for me anymore), I believe that is why so many shavers complain that it's too mild.
  12. Thanks, Andrew. Valobra made ALL of the tallow pucks for AoS.
  13. Thank you, Clint.
  14. Very nice, Clint. I am sure you are happy to shave with some different soaps.
  15. Thanks, Joe.

  17. Here's a tip. When I mentholated my Florida Water, I used a mortar and pestle to pulverize the crystals, then I tried to funnel them into the bottle. Next time, I will pulverize the crystals, then pour some of the intended aftershave into the vessel, mix it up and THEN funnel the crystalized product back into the bottle.
  18. thank you Joe..
  19. Awesome photo, shave, and report, Joe! Those Sandalwood containers are starting to look a bit hollow :D
