    Thank you, Andrew. I spray directly onto my face. Love the atomizer, because the AI bottle opening has no restrictor and will really pour out quickly if not careful. However, I think the atomizer is a bit over-priced. Longevity is quite good.

    Tuesday's Shave

    GEM Damaskeene
    GEM Stainless PTFE
    Omega 11126 Boar
    WSP Olympus Shaving Soap
    WSP Olympus Aftershave

    Today was a relaxing, smooth 2 pass shave that gave me a DFS+ finish and no irritation. I'm not sure how many shaves are on this GEM blade, I thought no more than 5-6, but it may be time to change it. There was no tugging, but the passes weren't quite as efficient as I expect from this Damaskeene razor. Still a very comfortable shave altogether.

    Great shave and picture, Andrew! I usually get six quality shaves from a Gem PTFE. Not uncommon though for me to bin the blade after five shaves. No matter how good the sixth shave was I won't do a seventh. I'm usually ready to swap razors by that time anyway.

    Thanks, Jim! I think the most I have used a GEM PTFE for is 7 shaves, so this one is being retired. I use the same blade in multiple razors until it runs it's course, and I just lost track of this blade.
