Well it’s reassuring to know I still have safety razor RAD. What are my three favorite Gillette razors - why the New Standard, Deluxe and LC. Well, I ask you, what do you do when you are presented with a modern artisan rendering of the New LC in 316L SS? Why you buy one, of course! Thank you, Bruce! The JR 314 is one of my favorites. I’ve found the PAL to be a fine, efficient shaver, but not quite as smooth as some Schicks. The shaves from the Injectomatic remind me somewhat of a Schick I2 Hydromagic.

I agree with you. I like having the three different ones from that collection. Mine are a C-4 Blue, Z-1 Regular and the B-4 Red. For shaving performance, the Blue tip is not my cup of tea.

I usually pour the bloom water into my brush and use it to wet my face before the shave. Similar effect as yours.
