It is another cool shave Gary. Very, very nice shave Bruce! I have Music City Suds Lavender and Ever Amen soap and it is a smoky(earthy) lavender scent and I love it!

I hear you Paul! I went out to do my walking at my park and took an easy, leisurely pace. Although I modified this walk, I only did 2 (1.5 miles) out of my normal 4 laps due to the brutal heat. If I didn't wear my cap, then I don't think that I would of completed one lap. At our age, we need to make sure we stay hydrated whether we exercise or not.
I don't think I could do a workout wearing a mask. I get so frustrated just wearing one inside the grocery store - foggy glasses, face gets hot from the breath, etc.
