The shave was definitely better than the pic lol! The freshness of the Palmolive shave stick only enhanced the quality of its face made lather. A SP Astra in my '50 Aristocrat agreed that this iconic shave soap is good stuff. The soft Shave Forge synthetic knot felt great to face lather with. I even drew a line across my neckline with the stick, brush lathered and squared off a nice straight cut after a self administered haircut. Handy stick for that! Rose of Bulgaria a/s for my face and Florida Water for the back of my neck put me in an even better mood than I was on this lovely summer day!
