Very good shave this morning....I gave the Razorock soap a quick "in and out" bloom prior to setting up for the shave. It's amazing how much water can get into these small pucks in that quick a time. 0:35 for the loading time onto the Crown King brush. Solid coverage for the face and neck. The nice scent of Lime Burst came through. 2 passes, no damage on either one. I did have to do a little extra work on each corner of Porcupine Alley. Even so, I mighta done a little better. No trouble down at Cactus Nation. Stoylin Glacial Lime A.S. to finish. Due to the slight trouble at Porcupine, I'll give this a Super Duper Excellent.

Great shave, Paul! When there's no pressure, there's no blood, be that with a straight or a safety razor.
Great shave, Joe! Nothing like a close R41 shave! Glad it went well. I used to play lacrosse (Crease attack) in my youth! Great sport. My school was all New England! Used to attend a boarding school in Ct back in the day (early 60s)!
Thank you Jeff....We're already into August, of course, so it's too late, but I'm preparing for a "No Blood" month.
August 2, 2020 Wolfman WR-1 Ti with Tirad Aristocrat Ti Gillette 7 O’clock Black Rubberset 400 #3 with WSP HMW A&E L’Orange Verte Shave Soap & Aftershave Decided to go with the A&E L'Orange Verte this morning. This is a dupe of Terre d'Hermes like Fine L'Orange Noir. I pick up more smokey citrus in the A&E scent profile. Three passes and touch ups ended in another automatic drama free BBS shave. My oldest daughter, Asha is visiting for several weeks before her PhD program starts, so we are going to take lunch to my Mom and visit with her. I hope everyone has a great Sunday.
Great setup and image for today’s shave Clint! Have a wonderful time with your daughter and visit w/Mom.
Thanks Joseph. y'know, I used to wet my face with as many as 7 "slaps" of water(prior to doing the shave), then have recently reduced. I think I need to get back to the 7. My mom always laughed when she "heard" me do that...like WHAP WHAP WHAP, etc. Maybe it reminded her of when she would spank me as a little boy!!
Wonderful, Paul! Looks like a great day ahead! Enjoy your family time, Clint! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
It looks easy because he's been doing it for a few years. It's not an easy maneuver because it is difficult to land the razor when using it.
Whew, no wonder you have no time to get the Chevelle flamed per @wristwatchb Interesting thing on work marathons.... In high school I started frequenting a pizza and sub joint owned by a fine Greek gentleman. After he sold the business and retired, the new owners brought him back to cover their vacation. I happened to be there one of those days and we struck up a conversation. Turns out he had two very long stretches where he worked without missing a single day. Once 17 years, and another time 12 years. He made my cheese steak that day with my gratitude and salute. It tasted just like the first one I had about 40 years earlier. I have no idea what drove him to that level of dedication. Pay no attention to those envious of @jluc mountain, you deserve it!
I have developed a much narrower selection of fragrances under the rule of the mask police. Hmmm..... so booze helps.
