  1. I will be using this brush with a triple milled soap tomorrow. Like you, I will, bloom the soap.
  2. TS Esais hit NY hard. Haven't had electricity since 3 pm yesterday. Rolling with the punches. Probably will shave later today or hold off until tomorrow. Have a good day guys!
  3. Fantastic photo and shave report Joseph. The Thater brush is ivory looks great.
  4. That sucks Jeff. Hang in there.

  9. I could have taken my report of a couple days ago and rubber-stamped it for today. Well, most of it anyway. Boy that new bodywash from Nivea is a great one for the hot days of summer. Set up the face(including Porcupine Alley)and Cactus Nation real well for the shave. 0:35 to load the Stoylin "No-Name" brush. I think I shouldn't have used the Stoylin Frost Drops in the Aqua Shaving Cream Soap.....it's wet enough to begin with. As I said I would yesterday, I did just the one pass. It was a shame to waste the remaining soap that was ready for a second pass, but for me one pass is enough with this soap. The GOLD also is a shaving cream soap, thus I bet I can get away with just the one for that, too. I did get a nick in the same area as previous nicks. (Knicks??). Otherwise, all went real well. Aqua Velva again to finish, and this time the "Scent of Manliness" came through better, thanks I'm sure to the colder bodywash. Super-Duper Excellent.
  10. I would say that is true. In my case, I headshave without using mirrors to shave the back. Yes, I do it even with straights.
  11. I like the Sherlock, too. How many Chiseleds do you have?
  12. Awesome shave and a nice toggle razor Evan!
