that's very cool.i would get a repro handle from razor emporium and keep that set..there are far more out there..i would have no problem modding a mid 60s corvette, but if it was a factory big block one with a blown motor..i would restore it..
Drop in a Chevy 327 small block with edelbrock manifolds and a Holley 6 pot with progressive linkage (car runs off the two barrel carb, and opens up the other four when you put the pedal down). It makes for a good time.
absolutely.the 67 427 ci big block tripower corvette is a cool car..i have a canadian 1921 up chrome/nickel plate old type ,no handle if you like..thick cap ,good plating, non valuable example..
Decided to pick up another old type to be twisted. Off ebay for less than $9 and the teeth are nice and straight.
I'll clean it up, pair it with the good handle from the other razor, and flog it on the BST here. I'll give people the option of slanting it or not, and I'll price the razor high enough to do it for free. That way I can make the "save the razors" crowd happy. They have the opportunity to rescue a decent moderately collectible and historically interesting razor from my "wanton destruction." The rest of us will get to shave with the razor the serviceman that once owned it wished he was issued. Everybody's happy. If I decide to go that route, I'll give you first dibs.
George Wostenholm IXL. The double concave is a rare one. I need to dig into the date guid on tariffs to get closer too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
