awesome 3 piece rfb shave and pick David.the reason i say 3 piece is because the handle comes away from the baseplate.this is the 2 piece..

I truly enjoy my old, basic Ball End Tech. Wilkinson Sword blade today.

My mistake, my #44 set is a 3 piece RFB. My #77 set is a 2 piece RFB.

No worries, thanks for catching my mistake. I’m picky too. I’m embarrassed. I listed it correctly from the 44 set, but I goofed saying it was a 2 piece.

DE SOTD, Fri, Aug 7th, 2020

Razor: Gillette Fatboy E4- Mfg 1959 4th qtr-settings 5>6>7 works like a charm.
Blade: Polsilver SI (4) sharp and smooth, 1st shave always cork only with this blade, Smooths 1st shave always.
Soap: Razorock country side- mild scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi Rainbow brown whiskers 26 mm synthetic- great lather creating brush with soft tips with some back bone.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
Prep:Cold water rinse after each pass of 3 + pickups.
Post shave: Pinaud clubman with witch Hazel + a tiny dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my Gillette Fatboy.
