Gary, my family is convinced I have a screw loose. I have Parkinson's and need to strap weights to each forearm to shave with a straight. And believe me, I have yet to not be terrified during the straight shaving process. I don't think I'll ever lose that, but will say that my technique is definitely improving. One of my oldest grandsons told me to stop acting like a 'crazy old man trying to trim his ears off ' and shave like a normal person! Hah! Called the kid a whippersnapper! He had never heard the term before. And despite the fear, I do get a certain level of satisfaction over being able to do something the docs told me was impossible for a shaky old man my age. So despite what 'so-called professional humans' tell you, there are no limitations. I've always believed that. Things work out, just as they will for you, my friend! Got Kathy dialed in with the big entity upstairs, and I've added you to the list over the last few weeks. So things will improve, count on it!

What is the first, just out of curiosity, Maestro? Have you ever tried Nancy Boy Signature Shave cream?

    I tried P30 too.
For me, best one is the ProTouch.
    Same smoothness, but more durable.
I always do three passes, and after a couple of dozens shaves the guarded Kai is unbeatable IMHO.

Much the same. High school football is proceeding like nothing is happening in the world. Bull-headed with blinders on - just moving forward recklessly. There is no governing body for high school bands in Alabama but our school system has said we can’t go to contests this year. Most systems are similar. Plus, schools won’t be able to host contests due to all the restrictions. We’re limited right now to big performances at our home games.

I confess, Gary; I have a lawn service. I used to do it myself, but I'm on several acres, and it became too much in the last few years.

lawn service? pinkies up..:Di can imagine,,goats?;)..i grew up on farms for a few different years..we are top floor condo dwellers at present with a not bad sized roof patio covered in tomato plants..wife would like a garden again so a sale and a move may be in our future..won't know until next year when/if some normality comes back.wife has a stable job and has for years.she could transfer but not at present.the condo would sell quickly..if i got into a house again with a shop..i forsee hotrods..:D..at least one to tinker with..

Is there some kind of arrangement where Cody will be with Maya at all times, like a service dog?

According to my Son's band director, the only reason that they even have a chance to do some version of Marching Band now is because it is considered Co-Curricular (meaning marching band students also have to take band class during school hours for a grade). Like in Alabama, Georgia has no statewide governing body for bands either.

I read this on the Smallflower website about the hard soap version:
Hint: To get premium lather from this glycerin-based soap, you will need to use more water and more agitation than with a non-glycerin soap.

I will take your advice to stay away from it though.
