August 12 SOTA Good afternoon guys! VDH TTO Razor Rockwell DE Blade (?) JR #290 Synthetic Brush Stirling Satsuma SS and AS I decided to have an easy, quick shave today. Everything worked well. IBBS++ shave was the result, but had to do a lot of buffing. Have a great evening guys!

Excellent setup and results, Joe! When I asked my son to choose a razor to create his own setup, he wanted his own new one instead of any from my collection. He picked the Gunmetal Weishi from Amazon, which I think is the same razor as your VDH. I still don't think he's used it yet. When I walked him through his first wet shave, he used my Rockwell 6C with the 3 plate. He did well with no cuts or weepers on a two pass shave. He just doesn't have to shave often, but at least I planted the seed and he has his own kit to use. Although he laid claim to my RazoRock XXX set for his kit, he knows he can use anything in my collection whenever he wants.
