fair enough.if i had put them on the bay i would have netted a tidy sum..but i don't do that,so i traded in bulk..there are a couple i have kept aside for fellow members..

I honestly have no interest in a new safety razor. I’m mesmerized by Tanifuji and Kikuboshi Silver Steel straights. That's what’s peaked my interest.

You enjoyed your castaway razors at the time and you can't put a price tag on it. In reality, everything we own isn't ours because someone else will eventually get to use your house, car, money, jewelry, etc. whether you are on this 3rd rock from the sun or not.

very true.if i added up what i initially paid i lost money but that's not what this is about....most of what i let go was uncased but nice.but they are dust collectors if one doesn't use them..not into that..i am relieved to be honest..but there were days when i could't wait for this one to arrive or to shave with that one..anyhoo enough whining and pining....i kept the good flat bottom techs,aristocrats,jr's,rfb's and news..knowing what i know now there are many i wouldn't have bought ...i am after all a vintage gillette enthusiast,not a collector per se.thanks for listening..
