Edwin Jagger L STF V2 - RazoRock The Dead Sea Soap - GEM Contour/GEM SS - The Dead Sea AS

The Contour is a mild razor so I needed 3 passes and a little buffing on the neck area.
I just love the scent of this Splash/Soap combination
3 and a bit passes for a lovely finish [IMG]

    Thursday's Shave
    [IMG]
    Cold Water Rinse
    Cremo Vanilla Orchid Shave Stick
    Jayaruh #395 2-band Badger
    Eversharp-Schick G
    Schick Proline
    CWR
    Lucky Tiger AS

The Cremo Vanilla Orchid Shave Stick Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #395 2-band badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Eversharp-Schick G injector razor with a Schick Proline blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lucky Tiger AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed... It was a good shave, but the Cremo does not agree with my skin. It must go.

  4. Devil's Advocate here, apologies in advance. What so good about this razor, if you have to change the baseplate and shim the blade to get a great shave?

  7. Just to try something different. I misspoke about the cap. It is a base that I will switch.

The razor is fantastic as is. I liked it so much I ordered one for myself last night.
  8. It must be alright, then. Enjoy.

Have some great shaves!Stay safe in these times!
  12. Razorock BBS/Kai (3), Ethos Succes. This is a very capable razor. Goosed a little with the Kai blade's additional exposure and one shim this was efficient enough to get to BBS without a pick up pass from my Leaf or Enders. That's really good. The unusual curve of the head does work- you can hear the blade bend. Where I don't have much affection for the Mambas this one I will reach for.[IMG]

  18. Nice shot. I'm from Texas. For years, when I saw a price tag with the "TX" on it, I'd assumed it was referring to my state.
