A quick but great 2 pass'er early this morning. Everything worked as it should, which given the quality of the products is a very good thing. This little badger does the job and the Jeeves always produces a nice lather. The blade (whatever it is, I didn't look) needs to be replaced for next shave with this excellent razor, but did the job well enough.
    Have a great day all!

A Goodwill and an Omega boar is a good choice at any time, Gary. Have a great Thursday, my friend.

The Damascus steel on that razor looks phenomenal, Jeff. Old Spice Lime? Is SWMBO out and about?

The hardware looks exceptional, Pierpaolo, but I couldn't take my eyes off the view in the background. Just beautiful.

A thorough and excellent review, Joseph. I hadn't heard of this product until your post. I guess that happens when you miss a month in this hobby...

That brush handle is one of my favourites of yours, Clint. Beehives aren't all that easy to turn, either, and that one always looks fantastic. I even took my eyes off the Wolfman for a few minutes, and that is saying something!

Very nice, Andrew. The Pitralon is a product I've almost pulled the trigger on a few times. You're sending me back to have a look again. If you like Cedars, you'd like our spot out by the lake- completely surrounded by large BC cedars.

The Tradere is a winner, Jim. Awesome. Are you still using that soap as a focus on certain work days?

    Good afternoon guys!

    Van Der Hagen TTO Razor
    Rockwell DE Blade (?)
    Rockwell Synthetic Brush
    Stirling Piacenza SS
    Stirling Satsuma AS

I decided to use the VDH today because I hardly use it and give my face a break from straight/shavette shaving. I opted for a pasty load on my brush to change my routine. Applied to my wet face and the Stirling soap lathered to my expectations. Two passes with plenty of buffing gave me an IBSS ++ without any problems. In keeping with the change of routine, I didn't use the matching aftershave, but applied Satsuma AS which complements the soap. Have a nice day fellas! 20200820_112847.jpg
