  5. Tuesday's Shave

    Schick E2
    Personna Blade
    Omega 11126 Boar
    Tabac Shaving Soap Stick
    Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    Tabac Aftershave

Since adding Tabac to my collection, I've really enjoyed using it. It just further proves the YMMV theory.

Three full passes today with the Schick E2 provided a BBS result with no irritation or mishaps. I did feel a bit of harshness from the blade at times, so I made sure to focus on zero pressure. It was not uncomfortable though and It did not affect the results. Since this razor is the earlier variant that you can swing open the spring to rinse, I think the blade may have not been seated correctly since my last shave. I did try to check in between passes 1 and 2, but still felt the same for all passes. I'll be changing the blade before the next shave with this razor.

  14. Thanks, Gary! I've only ever used Personna blades in my injector razors, and they have been great. I may venture to try other brands in the future, but these work for me.
This blade is on shave number 4 or 5 probably, so the harshness would have shown itself on the first shave if it was a dud.

  16. Thanks Jason! Jayaruh piffed it to me with one of my brushes. It is a Ukrainian soap. Her website is in the Ukrainian language and you need to use Google translate. Obviously, it is an across the pond and then some location.
