LA Fitness' policy is you can freeze your membership any time up to 6 months for a monthly fee. The company extended the time lost of 5 months and 11 days to my membership. My membership would have ended on Aug 22, but now the expiration date is Feb 4. I can't cancel my membership to get a prorated refund based on the terms of my contract. However, I will not renew it in February because I have Silver Sneakers. As a member of Silver Sneakers, I can go to any gym that honors this program for those 65 and older for free. Silver Sneakers is a benefit that is offered by some Medicare Advantage Plans. Fortunately, my gym accepts it so that I can still go to this gym once my membership with them is over. In the meantime, I am going to check out other gyms that accept my Silver Sneakers card. Bottom line: I am no longer stuck going to LA Fitness to workout, but it will be my main gym until Feb and maybe beyond.

@jgreenepa Jeff, here is another video by Eric of Adventures in Wet Shaving on the 1/2 pass that highlights what I term the inverted pass stroke. His toe is not perpendicular to the floor, but it is facing in that direction. My blade is more toward the perpendicular in respect to the floor when I do this manuever. I would start the video at 2:50 and stop at 6:00, unless you want to see the entire video, but that's up to you. One more thing, I also do the Gillette slide on my neck as well to get my neck as smooth as possible. Enjoy the video.

 

gonna try to relax after tonight's shave. Another long day of school and tutoring, looking forward to the weekend. Gonna do a 3 pass except no j hooking this time, just not enough growth for all of that. didn't really do much this summer due to the lock down of corona, but I might take a trip by myself down to Florida next summer just before I leave for Boocamp, usually I like doing this with my friends or family but alone time is nice sometimes.
