your opinion..its just a blade holder.you are judging the blade..because you don't get a bbs with certain razors is technique based not equipment..

Absolutely true, but a blade holder reflecting over 40 yrs of incremental improvements. How many other safety razors have that kind of track record?

i can have a bbs with a tech.but it takes more passes or buffing.just a narrower sweet spot or blade exposure..

your silversmith,tradere,and all your other razors that you like .they are all improvements over the valet.folks didn't stop getting bbs shaves when the valet stopped production.all we would all have beards..all razors will deliver a bbs if one learns how to master them..

a fatboy on 9 masks weak technique..i blue tip will deliver a good bbs shave unless one has thick coarse hair..just a fact..learn how to use the damn razor..stop the bs..

all these different razors deliver shaves at different levels of comfort and passes.the result is the same.bbs is bbs or it's below skin level.the blade does the work.the holder determines the amount of hair removed per pass.when you folks get an f..ing grip with this i will return.good f..ing day..
