    Hamm's Special Light is on Covid restrictions in this part of Winselpania, so I had to go for the upcharged Milwaukee Light recently.

    If you drop a chipped VW diesel in the flamed Datsun & add stack exhaust we could head out and roll some coal with some of the boys too.

    Truly this is an unsettling time to be a classroom teacher. The challenge will be to remain positive for the students, I think they will need at least that, while experiencing some trepidation yourself. I can relate with your wife’s experiences as a middle school teacher myself. Thank you for the positive wishes.

    Glad you are finding you way back. This week is a deload week from the X3, meaning after 12 weeks of six days /week on the X3Bar I will do three to four days of other activities. Most likely body weight and some sprints. Next week start le another 12 weeks.
    Most important for us senior is that we keep moving and strengthen ourselves the best way we comfortably are able to. The science has proven improved muscularity and reduction of body fat increase longevity. Something to strive towards. Keep plugging along Joe.

    Well, tomorrow is the Dove hunt, also known as $200 chicken nugget and lead day. :) Still planning to shave with one of my SE's at 4 AM. September will be 1 year on 30DC.
