Conk Bay Rum Shave Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #313 Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gem 1912 razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Mennen Skin Bracer AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
Thanks, Gary! I'll probably upgrade to a larger bottle once this one nears the end. I had never tried it, so I opted for the small bottle first.

MY EYES...MY EYES!!! I'VE LOOKED AND LOOKED...THIS REALLY IS NOT A SINGLE EDGE OR AN INJECTOR!!! WHY IS IT HERE???!!! I believe there is a designated forum for cartridge razors. I think the tracII deserves a place to be praised....Looks funny seeing it around here...But I agree, nice photos, but then you always take great shots.

Good Hotel/Pub with good food, same about the Bathroom- poor lighting etc so Day 1 Shave poor so missed out yesterday. What a treat in home environment, smooth comfortable and clean shaven.

SE SOTD, Sat Aug,5th 2020 Razor: Gem Damaskeene 1912 open comb- Mfg 1912-15, this razor design became the bedrock of Gem MFG with a few improvements and variants over a 30+yr span! Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE(4) Excellent blade,very sharp, smooths out nicely, great longevity & predictable. Soap: Barrister & Mann Seville- nice scent great protection. Brush: Yaqi tuxedo knot 24mm syn "Sargrada Familia" creates great lather and has cloud like soft tips I enjoy. Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area. Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. Post shave: Razorock Emperor aftershave with wtch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm. Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Excellent shave with my Gem Damaskeene OC 1912-15 razor. I like this razor because it hits my sweet spot finish for a daily shaver. Have some great shaves! Stay & think safe in these times!
