  1. That’s certainly not the case with this new Lush Prince cream I used for today’s shave. Worked great for the straight shave on the mug, but just clogged up my Vector, so I used my faithful MWF on the noggin.

  2. Great shave, Evan! Unfortunately, I never shaved with a cart like most of you young guys, so I just was never able to get the Genesis to work for me, in fact, I tried both the Core and the Hybrid middle model. Pivoting razors and I just don’t get along! Glad your shave went well!

  3. i use the KMF cream once in a while .supposed to be brushless but does lather up a bit.it can clog my oc gillettes if i don't rinse it out repeatedly..

  5. I have an E Type that I love! Great shaver! What’s the basic difference between an E2 and an E3?

  6. I'll steer clear of that cream. I'm glad it's working for your straight shaves though.

  7. Does the KMF have any soap in it, Gary? The Prince stuff doesn’t.

  8. Yeah, it’s definitely not safety razor friendly!

  9. Steel is definitely not the way to go for a brush, Charlie! I own the Rearden Razor 316L SS brush from Classic Shaving. It’s almost a lb, and is frankly not pleasant to use, although the Synthetic Knot in it is awesome.

  10. Thanks Jeff. I actually have a light to medium beard. As it has turned grey, it's gotten a little more wiry. I can usually get away with shaving every other day, but I enjoy my daily shaves. When I'm using a shavette, my skin sometimes needs a day off (which means I still have room for improvement).
  11. some are fixed spring, some aren't,the canuck razors blow the theory out the window.e3 razors have parallel grooving lines on the safety bar,e2 razors are just random marks..

  12. I like the idea of a SS brush handle, but I agree that a pound is too heavy (unless we're talking about portions of ice cream).
  13. probably does..

  18. Prolines are great, long-lasting blades, but I prefer the Feather Super. I have a comparable box of the latter!
  19. Can I share my mail call too?
