Nice shave despite the boo boos, Charlie! On my Parker, I have gravity force the blade to sit properly on the posts and then I slide the main housing over the blade, then I lock it in place. I find that when I do this, the blade is properly seated 99% of the time.

I have the same issues with them too.

If a vender uses fedx, I don't use them.
The last time I used them I had to go to their distribution center, 45 miles away, to get my packedge.

They also left $50,000 dollars of equipment sitting on the sidewalk in front of the building where I work at on a Saturday. They were informed absolutely no Saturday delivery.
The management had a breakdown when they found that out, total blowup!
We got lucky, a worker came in that Saturday to fix somthing and put it inside.
I am disappointed in them, but they used to be the best thing going.
Not sure what's going on with them.
Sad to see such a great company go that way.
