Thank you! It's a little on the heavy side, but it's a great brush otherwise.

Thanks Gary. I reached 100 straight shaves Friday and decided to break out the shavette Saturday with this new set up. It has been over 3 years since I used this devil, but with my technique improved from straight shaving, it was much better to use this time around. I nicked myself on the chin, but much better then the rough times I had in the past. I actually have been enjoying using this monster the past three shaves and La Tierra Mojada is just a great scent for me. I really like this one and so does the wife. A home run.

    Thank you gentlemen.

    Alfredo,

This version of GD Lavender is no longer made, but yesterday I received an email stating that tomorrow he will have in stock, a different version of Lavender shave soap and some other products. He produces small batches of products and they tend to sell out rather quickly. I have way too many of GD soaps in my den right now so going to pass on his latest offerings. But for me, Grooming Dept soaps and preshave is the best I have used and I have tried well over 300 soaps/creams.

That Pinaud bottle is awesome! I love the Veg, and Lustray's Lilac a/s as well. I have a Lilac cologne...very light. To me the Veg is still the standard. Hmmm...now I need to look into the lilac soap. Great bottle!
