I started using a chubby 2 and i absolutely love MW soap. Her scents are fabulous also. Jasmine is amazing. Coconut sandalwood is a perfect summer scent.
Le Barbu, modified Schick injector blade, shave 1 French 3pc razor, takes a proprietary blade so I modified an injector blade to use. This razor certainly didn't disappoint it is crazy stupid aggressive like a typical French made razor. The only thing more aggressive than this for an injector and even that is debatable is using an injector blade in a shavette. With that said did have propensity to want to tug more than cut so it would have been manageable to an untrained hand if you could get past the blade feel on it. End result a BBS finish but surprisingly not a glass like finish with a layer or 2 of skin taken off considering how aggressive the razor is. I don't know exactly when this razor was made I assume 50s or 60s but even without knowing exactly still the earliest example I know of a 3pc razor that can use an injector style blade predating any the modern AC injectors or Mongoose minigoose 3pc that takes a Schick injector blade.
I’m growing fond of the big blades. The W&B did it’s thing quickly and efficiently for a fine smooth shave that still feels great hours later.
