Shake Sharp mk1.5, Bic Chrome Platinum, shave 4
    ss1-5.jpg

First go round with this iteration of a Shake Sharp. The 1.5 differs from the 1.0 in that the cap attached to the razor. Razor is mild but efficient and performs better than the later 2.0 iteration. Mild but efficient and should be even better shimed like the 2.0 which I'll try out next with this razor. BBS finish achieved.

I love this little Gem. Same head of course on my British made Ever Ready parent 1912. I enjoy Gem Ted Pellas in these.

    Williams Mug soap
    Supply V1 + V2 no3 plate
    NOS Schick S/S -Holland [ 1 ]
    Williams Aqua Velva A/S Lotion

Have managed today to get back into Razor Rotation mode, having spent too much time with my Hiram Commander. I gave the Supply every chance of performing well, by using a Dutch Schick. Am Afraid that I did not really enjoy the Shave very much, a rather patchy finish, not like the ones I get with The Hiram. I so wanted to like the Supply and have persevered, but in reality it needs a new Home.

    Star 1912 Baton
    Personna GEM SS PTFE

    Aqua Velva Musk

Today is Day 16 of SEptember. Up for the challenge today is my Star 1912 Baton.

The Williams Mug Shave Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #18 Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Star 1912 Baton razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Very cool picture. Is that an old moss covered concrete steps? That would be a good backdrop for the Mega Flora.
And as always I love seeing that razor.
