  11. Great shave, Clint! My son Sam, whom I passed my OneBlade Hybrid to is hinting strongly that he’d like the SS version for Christmas. What the heck! I’m proud of him and the job he does every day on the Covid front lines. It's only money! Can’t take it with me!

  15. I was looking hard at that cooker and Kamado Joe when the Weber Charcoal Summit caught my eye. While not a ceramic cooker, it is kamado style insulated and known for good temp control. It'll get high, but not quite to that of a ceramic.

    After 2 failures with the 'burbing thing' I think I got it now. Singed myself pretty good twice....... I'm a slow learner.

    Got my best brisket ever using Harry Soo, hot & fast method.

    I think I still like the Weber Smokey Mountain for pork shoulders though.
