I love the Maggard SilverTip Badger knots I have. The difference between them and my Simpson Best Badger knot is negligible. I've been dying to try the Maggards SHD knots. I'll be watching these responses closely as I haven't tried a lot of different knots.
SEptember 21st Razor: OneBlade Genesis Blade: Feather FHS-10 Brush: my @jtspartan with Hybrid knot SS: MLS Cape Verde MLS closed their doors in September last year. So I decided to revisit using their Lavender soap. The shave was nice. I ended up shaving at lunch because I over slept. Last night was the first night on 4 days when I wasn't interrupted. Woke up from a dead sleep 30 min before my first meeting. It felt great, but left little time for my morning ritual. DFS results with the Genesis. I was disappointed in the blade before remembering I used it to shave my head. Most days I prefer my SilverTip brushes but I really like the Hybrid for the added backbone. Wonderful!
