    good morning gents,nice simple shave with the flat bottom tech/platinum combo, awesome cola scented T&S lather built by the yaqi ruby badger,smooth bbs in 3 drama free passes.matching aftershave to finish..slight warmth due to the cinnamon content but went away after a bit..no issues..should be nice on a cold day..awesome..have a fine tuesday everyone..:)

    Thanks Blair @b1hart for the wonderful tobacco soap and aftershave! I tried to pair this with gear I know you have in your den... :) Even if some of it has been modified.

    Some may remember that I have a rough history with the Feather DX. I'd always used the Super Professional blades and, based on suggestions and a little logical thinking I decided to use a Professional blade. It did go a little better. I did top a zit, which isn't a big problem for me. This was a very close 2 pass shave with no cleanup. Almost BBS, but skipping cleanup there are several DFS patches on my jaw and chin. It feels great.

    This soap is very fragrant. The tobacco and spices seem familiar even though I'm not familiar with tobacco. The spices remind me of a holiday scent. Both the soap and AS have a warmth to them. Not sure which spice is causing that tingly warmth, but it's very stimulating. I like it.
