Surprisingly my weight had very little change if any during the days the gym was closed.(COVID) Perhaps all that walking up and down 3 flights of stairs to my apartment was a factor in that.

These PT sessions are good, too.....my legs really feel it. No need to go to the gym afterwards(even though it's closeby). But I still go a couple days a week. It's getting a little depressing for me to see only a handful of members there now.
