  2. I have about 16.......luckily the 7D batts carry over, just not quite at the same capacity.
  3. I'll have to get my film cameras and get a few pictures. I have several AE1-Ps and a A1. Motor drives, winder and flash. Love shooting film.

    Take care Charlie.

  5. You have to. I carry only one usually, as i don't shoot nearly as much. I might carry a film camera as a backup, i use the same lenses on my FM2 anyways, and i don't really care that much if it has a battery or not.

  11. I love my ATTs but I probably will not be doing anymore business with them. I was hoping on added a few things but that will not be happening.

    Take care.

  14. Yes. An antique razor? I love wood or metal with patina's. Looks like... history.
  15. Thanks...it does look a little sinister!

  20. Yes, Jason.
The hard soap is Grapes & Blueberry scented (Uva Mirtillo, in Italian).
The brand is The Goodfellas' Smile, the italian version of Italian Barber / RazoRock.
    Here the Haul post: https://theshaveden.com/forums/posts/1858267/

Meissner Tremonia "Natural Bay Rum" has a very strong scent, as most of the products of the german artisan.
And I really DO NOT LOVE the bay rum fragrance.
S0 I mix the sweet scent of the TGS, to have something less spicy and more fruity.
And it works. I've just find the ratio perfect for me.
I think tomorrow with 1:3 It'll be good.
    It's about "Superfragrancing".

Making Frankenrazor is one of my preferred option.
Mostly, heavy metal razors (steel, brass, copper, titanium, ...) I find totally unbalanced for my technique.
Therefore unefficient compared with the light alternatives.
Switching the MR14 aluminium handle is my first option when I want to get a better balance.

BTW, Yaqi 1712-02 is very good and well balanced with its Halo aluminium handle.
Here an image to show how much balanced It is: https://theshaveden.com/forums/posts/1847051/

But today I needed less reflecting / white surface in my SOTD, so I used the grey one.
Just a cosmetic matter of things.

I find Astra SP good enough as most of the DE blade.
I had a box gifted with the Henson from Shaving Station UK shop.
    So ... I use them. That's all.

IMHO, DE blades have only one good point: they're cheap.
If I want a better blade, I go on modern AC blades.

    Thanks, Danny.
Sorry for the pic, I did not want to scare you.
    :p
